Our proper vanilla fudge recipe is inspired from a snippet from an old cooking magazine from back in the 1970’s, that my fudge-loving mother kept in an old scrapbook before handing it down to me. It’s truly a masterpiece, and makes the most exquisite, more-ish, melt-in-the-mouth, traditional, crumbly, tablet-style fudge you will ever find. And to make it even better we ship natural, gourmet, drink-it-by-the-bottle Mexican vanilla over to our island so we can add it into your fudge. Added to our real, no-fuss, preservative-free ingredients, it makes all the difference.

Sold in mini slabs for you to slice up as you please (or eat in one, we're not judging!). Up to 8 slabs available in one purchase. Also available in a 'half & half' box with a brownie slab.


    Ingredients: sugar, butter (MILK), MILK, condensed milk (MILK), golden syrup, vanilla, cream of tartar, salt

    Not suitable for any severe allergen sufferers. Produced in a kitchen which handles all major allergens. May contain NUTS. 

    The sugar in fudge acts as a natural preservative. Do not refrigerate.


    Products are all made fresh to order, and will be posted within 4 days from date of order. If you would like your product personally delivered on a specific date (island only) please highlight this at checkout. 

    We use Royal Mail to deliver our products. Orders made on-island will usually also be posted. Shipping *should* take 1-4 business days to arrive from date of order, however if you're ordering to the UK during Covid this can take up to a week. If your product hasn't been delivered within 10 business days from date of postage please get in touch. Fudge will last well for up to a month if kept in an airtight container.
